BUTTER COOKIES



Ingredients:

150 gm Buttercup 200 gm Wheat flour 50 gm of Icing sugar 60 gm of Corn flour 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

How to make:

Whisk butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract. Add corn flour and continue whisk. Add the wheat flour until it becomes a soft dough. Use your favourite mold. Arrange in a pan and bake for 15 minutes at 170◦C. When turn to brownish, take out from oven. Once cooled decorate the cake surface with icing sugar. Once the sugar is cold, place it in an container.
